This work is a structured Somatic Journey for Men ready to move beyond unconscious patterns, pain, external validation, performance pressure &. emotional disconnect from self & intimacy. We work with your breath, your energy body & nervous system. We access & integrate shadow ( pain, shame, guilt, fear ), to create foundational energetic containment, within. This work invites you to connect with your emotional body - Your truth - without shame or judgement. This work will challenge you, this work will expand you. To Liberate you. To Free you.
