For men, this is the refinement of embodied Masculine presence.
Strength without resistance.
Power without fear or control.
A grounded connection to the feminine within & clear vision of the feminine without.

We gently release shame, fear, grief, and resentment held in your cells. Your jaw softens. Your hips open. The breath deepens. Life force via connection returns.
