My work is anchored in Somatic healing guiding you out of the noise of the mind and back into the ancient wisdom of your hips, heart & throat. Through breath, movement, and nervous system regulation, we return to safety in your body.

For women, this is the awakening of Divine Feminine energy as Remembrance.
Hips anchored.
Womb as the Oracle.
Heart open.
Throat clear in your truth.

For men, this is the refinement of embodied Masculine presence.
Strength without armour.
Power without fear or control.
A grounded connection to the feminine within and clear vision of the feminine without.

Together, this work restores polarity through integration, the desire or urgency to perform is transmuted.

We gently release shame, fear, grief, and resentment held in your cells. Your jaw softens. Your hips open. The breath deepens. Life force via connection returns. 

Intimacy is no longer something you seek.
Union is no longer something you chase.

Inner union becomes your ground.

When the body feels safe, devotion replaces defensiveness. Boundaries become clean. Desire reawakens. Love becomes something you remember to both hold and receive.

This is sacred reclamation.
